This year, Elysian pumpkinheads traveled to Eugene to join the Ninkasi hopheads in brewing another batch of Hopsquash Pumpkin IPA. Brewed with 450 pounds of pumpkin, this beer features New Zealand Motueka and Sorachi Ace hops. It’s a hoppy rendition to fall’s pumpkin beer offerings, and of the thirty or so pumpkin beers brewed by Elysian, this is the brewery’s first ever Pumpkin IPA. With an elevated ABV, this beer will keep you warm throughout the season. Cheers!
