Garlic Helles Shrimp
We can't think of another recipe that isn't as satisfying as this! Fresh off the barbecue, this recipe will get any backyard gathering started on the right foot.
- 4 oz. Ninkasi Lux Helles Lager
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 4 tbps. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. paprika
- 3 large cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Rinse the shrimp in cool water. Pat dry and place in foil or shallow pan.
Drizzle with olive oil. Season liberally with paprika on all sides. Dash with salt & pepper. Sprinkle with minced garlic and flake the butter so that it is evenly distributed. Spritz with Ninkasi Lux Helles Lager.
Place on the grill, cover, and cook for 12-16 minutes or until done.
