Rosemary IPA Rockfish

Totally dominate your grill this summer with this recipe combining our favored Total Domination IPA and grilled rockfish.


  • 4 oz. of Ninkasi Total Domination IPA
  • 1/2 lbs. fresh rockfish fillets
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 shakes of lemon pepper
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Preparation Instructions

Preheat grill to high and rinse the fish in cool water, dry, and massage all sides with
olive oil.

Place fish in a foil or shallow pan.Season with lemon pepper and rosemary. Spritz with 4 oz. Ninkasi Total Domination IPA. Place onto grill. Cover and cook for 12-16 mins or until done.
