Sporks A La CartSPORKS A LA CART, owner Francine Austin, Mission is to feed the general public with food that is full of flavors, easy on the palate and just simply good food! On the Menu is Sporks Bowls with grilled Chicken, Beef, Shrimp or Tofu on a Stick accompanied by flavorful, aromatic sauces made from scratch served with Brown or Dirty Rice (white rice and black beans mix) as well as seasonal grilled Veggies eaten by the amazing but almost forgotten Spork utensil! There will also be "The Little Filipino Egg Rolls" (Meat and Vegetarian) served with a Sweet and Sour dipping sauce. Finally, there will be Daily Specials from Soups to Stews to Curries to Exotic Dishes from around the World. All ingredients come from local sources: Longs Meat Market, Cash and Carry, Farmers Market, Glory Bee Foods and Fishermen's Market.
